Kingswood Farm development is located in the city of Plymouth which consists of 112 stand alone townhomes adjoining the western shores of Gleason Lake.  The Association community owns the property along the lake. 

 

The Association is self managed so monthly homeowner dues are maintained quite low.  Currently (2024) dues are $230 per month.

There is a meticulously maintained community pool, a private trail to Luce Line and a new community dock! 

 

There is a community book club and community pool parties in the summer.

Lawn, snow removal, garbage/recycling and some exterior maintenance are paid for by the Association. 

 

Homeowners are responsible for their  home's landscaping, deck, patio, driveway and roof.

Kingswood is a short walking distance to Wayzata, Lake Minnetonka, and the Dakota Trail.
