Kingswood  Farm is located on the shores of Gleason Lake and is within walking distance to Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka.  The Luce Line along the northerly border is connected by a private trail from the association grounds.  With private access to the Luce Line Trail from our neighborhood, this former railroad line is available for biking, hiking, running, jogging and walking.

We are very proud of our community pool and of our community dock that provide access to Gleason Lake for homeowners to enjoy.  The dock has benches for taking in the lake view and the dock allows canoe, kayak and paddleboard launches.

The Kingswood Farm website provides residents with easily accessible information and open communication with the Board of Directors.  As a homeowner, once registered, you will have access to community exclusive communications, documents and other pertinent homeowner information.
